Trusted Supply. Proven Standards.

We manage halal meat supply programmes for importers, distributors, wholesalers and food service operators, applying the discipline of a commodities business to sourcing, pricing and delivery.

Every shipment is supported by rigorous supplier selection, production oversight, documentation review and quality assurance procedures designed to support long-term commercial relationships.

Meat is a commodity. We manage it as one.

The landed cost of meat in any market is shaped by forces well beyond the farm gate: currency movements, local food inflation, feed and freight costs, and demand that rises and falls with the religious calendar. A shipment that was competitively priced at contract can look very different on arrival.

We track those forces in every market we supply, so our clients buy with a clear view of where price, availability and quality are heading.

For many buyers, the challenge is not finding product. It is finding consistency.

Positioned ahead of the market

We plan supply against four horizons, reviewed continuously with our producer and logistics partners.

Next month

Confirmed volumes, freight space, cold-chain capacity and documentation for shipments already in motion.

Two months

Pricing windows, currency exposure and allocation across our approved processors.

Six months

Seasonal demand, including Ramadan and Eid al-Adha, matched against livestock and production availability at origin.

Twelve months

Supply programmes, origin diversification and contract structures built for stable price and quality.

Supply Programme Management

Every supply programme is structured around four critical variables: availability, quality, pricing and delivery.

By monitoring production capacity, market conditions and logistics performance simultaneously, we help buyers make informed procurement decisions with greater confidence.

Availability

Assessment of livestock supply, processing capacity and seasonal production cycles.

Quality

Verification of specifications, production standards and supply consistency.

Pricing

Continuous monitoring of market conditions, freight costs and currency movements.

Delivery

Coordination of route planning, cold-chain requirements and shipment execution.

Routes and corridors

The price of meat is set as much by the route it travels as by the farm it comes from. We plan every programme around the full journey.

Frozen: refrigerated containers by sea

Landed cost, not farm-gate price

The cheapest carcass at origin can be the most expensive one delivered. We compare origins on landed cost: product, freight, transit time and duty together.

Chilled by air, frozen by sea

Chilled product has a short shelf life and usually moves by air on short corridors. Frozen product moves in refrigerated containers by sea, where longer transit is acceptable and cost per tonne is far lower.

Corridors matter

Proximity to the destination often means faster and cheaper freight. On short corridors, chilled supply becomes viable where long-haul routes would not be.

Alternatives kept open

We keep more than one origin and route ready, so a price spike, a border restriction or a freight squeeze on one corridor does not stop supply.

International Supply Network

Our supply network spans carefully selected production regions across Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East.

By maintaining relationships across multiple origins, we are able to compare availability, pricing, freight conditions and supply dynamics in real time.

This approach allows us to build resilient supply programmes that support continuity, consistency and long-term commercial planning.

Halal integrity, from farm to destination

Halal is the foundation of what we supply, not a label added at the end of the chain. Every programme is built around it.

  • Certified at source

We buy only from processors whose product is halal certified at origin.

  • Segregation through the cold chain

Halal product kept separate in storage and transport.

  • Certificates for each destination

Halal and veterinary documentation prepared to the requirements of the importing country.

  • Traceability

Every consignment traceable from origin to final delivery.
